Pricing, delivery, compatibility and what happens when something goes wrong. If your question is not here, an engineer will answer it within one working day.
Every price is shown ex VAT by default, because most of our customers reclaim it. There is an inc VAT toggle on the shop and on every product page if you would rather see the gross figure. A VAT invoice is issued with every order under VAT registration GB 730 2340 83.
Our Milesight range is priced and buyable online in full. Parts of the ATOP, AquaIoT, Urban.io, SpecSens and Browan ranges are currently quoted rather than listed, usually because the specification is configured to the application or the manufacturer restricts published pricing. Send the part number or the application through the quote form and you will have a price within one working day.
Yes. Checkout works as a guest, so you never need to open an account.
Card, Klarna and Clearpay at checkout, or pay by pro-forma invoice if you are ordering on behalf of a business.
Yes. Add your PO number in the order notes at checkout, or send the PO to contact@indiott.com quoting your web order number and we will match it up.
For project volumes, send the bill of materials through the quote form and we will price it as a whole, usually within one working day.
UK mainland delivery is a flat £14.25 per order, ex VAT, whatever the order weighs. One rate, whether you buy a single sensor or a full gateway kit. The figure is confirmed in the basket before you pay. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may carry an extra charge, which we confirm before dispatch.
Stocked items are typically dispatched within 14 working days of cleared payment or order confirmation. Lead-time and quote items are dispatched once stock arrives from the manufacturer, and we confirm the expected lead time on your quotation or order acknowledgement.
We deliver across the UK and EU. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas can carry an additional charge and a longer transit time, which we confirm before dispatch. For any other destination, raise it through the quote form so we can confirm carriage, duties, documentation and any export control checks that apply.
Where the carrier provides tracking we pass the details on after dispatch. Someone should be available at the delivery address, as a signature may be required.
Faulty or dead-on-arrival goods are put right in line with the manufacturer process, by repair, replacement or credit. For correctly supplied goods that are simply no longer wanted, we are not obliged to accept a return as a business supplier, but we consider each request on its merits. Where we agree, the goods must be unused and resaleable in original packaging, a restocking charge may apply, and return carriage is yours unless the return is our error. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.
Yes. We issue a return authorisation and instructions first. Returning goods without one usually delays the resolution rather than speeding it up.
Bespoke engineered solutions, custom-configured or specially ordered products, and anything made or sourced specifically for you cannot be returned for credit unless they are faulty.
The manufacturer warranty applies to every product we supply, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
EU868. UK LoRaWAN deployments run on the EU863-870 band, so order the 868M variant. If you are shipping kit to a site outside Europe, tell us the country and we will confirm the correct regional variant before you order.
Yes, unless the site already has LoRaWAN coverage. A sensor is a radio device with nothing to talk to on its own. A gateway receives from the sensors and passes the data to a network server and then to your platform. If you are not sure what the site already has, describe it in the quote form and we will scope it.
Usually. The devices we carry are standard LoRaWAN and send a documented payload, so any LoRaWAN network server can take them, and we can supply the payload decoder. For BMS and SCADA integration we also carry Modbus, BACnet and protocol gateways. Tell us the platform and we will confirm before you buy rather than after.
Yes, for Milesight, and we hold formal supply arrangements for the other brands we list. That matters for warranty, firmware and for getting a straight answer out of the manufacturer when something is unusual.
Yes. That is the Indiott Engineering line: level and radar level, gulley and flood, ATEX level for hazardous areas, train door monitoring, valve control and more. If the off-the-shelf device does not exist, describe the application and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building.
An engineer, not a call centre. Every enquiry and quote request is read by someone who knows the stack, and the answer normally comes back within one working day.
Call 023 9223 3611 or email contact@indiott.com with the part number and what you are seeing. Configuration questions, payload decoding and gateway setup are all fair game and we do not charge for them on kit we supplied.
Indiott is the industrial IoT division of PSI Technologies Limited, registered in England as company number 03689664 and trading since 29 December 1998. You can verify that on Companies House. An industrial deployment is a ten-year commitment, so it is a fair thing to check before you buy.
Describe the asset, the site and what you need to know about it. An engineer reads every enquiry and comes back within one working day with a scoped answer, not a brochure.
