Before you order

How many gateways do I need?

Usually one per building. A gateway covers a typical office, school or warehouse and handles hundreds of sensors. Steel-framed, multi-storey or spread-out sites can need a second one: send us a floor plan and an engineer will check coverage.

What do the sensors connect to?

The sensors talk to the gateway over LoRaWAN, and the gateway sends the data to the platform you use: Milesight's own, The Things Stack, ChirpStack or AWS IoT Core. Every part in the kit is supplied for the UK and EU 868 MHz band.

How long does delivery take?

Kits are typically dispatched within 14 working days. UK delivery is a flat £14.25 ex VAT per order, whatever the size of the kit. Delivery to Europe is £45.00 ex VAT.

Can I change a part before I order?

Yes. Every line links to its product page, and once the kit is in your basket you can change any quantity. If you would rather an engineer checks it first, send it as a quote and you will have an answer within one working day.
