Description
The SPS-CI-C Free Chlorine Sensor measures free chlorine residual, the active disinfectant fraction that actually protects water in treatment and distribution. Unlike a total-chlorine reading, free chlorine tells operators how much disinfecting capacity remains, making it the parameter of choice for dosing control and network protection. It suits drinking water treatment, service reservoirs and distribution networks where free chlorine must be held to a target. The sensor feeds the AquaIoT platform over secure telemetry, raising alarms the moment residual drifts out of band and supporting audit-ready compliance reporting. Typical UK applications include potable water supply, storage monitoring and building water safety.
