The short answer
A smart cooling box is a rapid-chill cooler with temperature and stock sensing engineered in, so it takes a bottle to serving temperature in seconds and logs its own cold-chain record. Readings reach an app and dashboard, which raise alerts on temperature excursions, door-open events and low stock. Indiott engineers each unit in-house and quotes it to the application.

The exact figure depends on the starting temperature of the drink and the chill duty specified for the build, so it is set per application rather than quoted as one universal number. We size that duty to the container, the throughput and the ambient conditions on site.
Yes. Temperature is sensed continuously inside the box and logged automatically, so the unit produces its own time-stamped record instead of depending on a manual check sheet. An excursion outside the target band raises an alert immediately. That turns the cooler into a monitored critical control point with due-diligence evidence you can export for audit.
The app and dashboard show current internal temperature, door state and stock level for each unit, plus the temperature history behind them. Alerts fire on a temperature excursion, on a door left open and on low stock, so an operator sees a fault or a refill requirement without opening the lid or walking the floor.
Yes. Each unit reports over the network into one dashboard, so coolers across multiple venues are managed together rather than checked individually. You get temperature evidence, door-open events and low-stock flags per unit, and can sort the fleet by the units that need attention. Refills are then driven by data rather than a fixed route.
Yes, that is a retrofit rather than a bespoke build. A LoRaWAN probe sensor such as the Milesight TS201 (£44.89 ex VAT) or the TS302 with an external probe (£64.34) logs cabinet temperature, and the EM300-MCS door contact (£52.37) catches doors left open. A UG65 LoRaWAN gateway (£279.82) backhauls a whole site over EU868.
