Not from us. The sensors and gateway are bought outright. You choose the platform that receives the data, and you can run it yourself on the network server built into a Milesight gateway. Most workplace analytics vendors in this market charge per sensor per month and do not publish the figure - we sell the hardware and publish the price.
One gateway, the sensors you want, and somewhere for the data to go. For a single floor that is typically one indoor gateway plus sensors - and because the sensors are battery-powered and wireless there is usually no new cabling and no need for desks to be out of use during install.
Desk occupancy tells you whether a specific desk is in use. Room occupancy tells you whether a space is occupied, which is what drives HVAC and lighting. People counting measures flow through a doorway or line. They need different sensors, so decide which question you are actually asking before you price anything.
