The Milesight TS101 is a LoRaWAN insertion temperature sensor with a 400 mm food-grade 316 stainless steel probe, used to measure temperature inside tobacco or grain stacks, haystacks and compost piles. Its detecting range is -30°C to +70°C with typical ±0.5°C accuracy and 0.1°C resolution. It is IP67 and IK10 rated and runs on one 4,000 mAh replaceable battery for up to 10 years.

TS101 is an all-in-one insertion temperature sensor with an
integrated transmitter. It is equipped with an advanced measuring unit that
provides a wide temperature measuring range. With IP67 and IK10 ratings, the exquisite TS101 sensor is suitable for
monitoring the inner temperature of Tobacco or grain stacks. It can also be
applied in other warehousing scenarios which require inner temperature
detection with high efficiency. TS101 is compatible with Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and mainstream
LoRaWAN® network servers. With this low power consumption technology, TS101 can work for up to 10 years with a 4,000mAh battery. Combining with
Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and Milesight IoT Cloud solution, users can
manage all sensor data remotely

Which version do I need?
The -868M part number is the 868 MHz build. The datasheet lists EU868 among the supported frequency plans and quotes 16 dBm Tx power at 868 MHz. UK LoRaWAN networks use EU868, so -868M is the correct variant for the UK; -915M builds are for US915/AU915 regions.

Frequency band
Supplied on EU868, the LoRaWAN band used in the UK and across Europe. That is the default and you do not need to ask for it — the -868M in the part number is the EU868 build.
The same TS101 unit also covers IN865 and RU864. Those bands share the 863–870 MHz radio with EU868, so one device can be set to any of them in its own configuration — no different part number needed.
CN470, US915, AU915, KR920 and AS923 are a different radio and therefore a different build. Milesight makes them and we can order them: tell us where the devices are being deployed and we will confirm the part number, price and lead time.
